Mission Of Our Organization
Hanover
Square Associates was formed in 1997 to represent select investment managers
and help them build their businesses in the United States. The goal of Hanover
Square is to work with a few exceptional organizations that are prepared to
establish themselves as premier firms in the institutional money management
industry. Our focus is on forming relationships between managers and institutionally-oriented
clientele including corporate, nonprofit, public, Taft-Hartley, and family
offices. Our extensive network of contacts and our ability to forge new relationships
has been and continues to be the key to our success.
Our principal
capabilities are based on our more than 50 years of combined experience in
the securities and investment industries. Both partners in Hanover Square
Associates have proven track records in raising capital for money managers
and working with sophisticated investors. We have a unique database of contacts.
In addition, we speak the language of investment managers and can fully represent
our managers investment approaches clearly and accurately. Ms. Laufers
experience as a consultant with the Frank Russell Company enables the firm
to advise our clients how to best strengthen their presentations and how to
describe the investment process. Ms. Marsteds investment experience,
as a partner with Bear Stearns on the West Coast of the United States, brings
a specific regional expertise that can benefit East Coast firms.
Hanover Square Associates is dedicated to building a complete sales organization with additional associates strategically and geographically located in key regions of the United States.
